Reminds me of why information literacy is so important, especially now that information (real or fabricated) can be spread with a couple key strokes. Mistakes like this are virtually (no pun intended!) impossible to avoid. We can type way faster than it takes to think through a situation- especially one that seems, on the surface, to be straightforward.
